Patient Feedback

At the London School of Osteopathy the feedback we gain from our patients helps us improve the service we provide. The feedback is used to help students improve their growing skills and is a valuable part of their learning and is seen as an important resource alongside text books and lecture notes.

Patients are welcome to provide feedback in person during and after the treatment either to the student or the Clinic Tutor . Our reception team can also provide you with a comment card to fill in and hand in to the team. Alternatively feedback can be made via the online link provided in the appointment confirmation email.

Patient Feedback

We continue to work under the Osteopathic Patient Charter which was developed by the Institute of Osteopathy.  This provides patients with information explaining the high quality of care they can expect when they attend the London School of Osteopathy Clinic.  Please click this link to view more.

Patient Representatives

We are currently recruiting patients who would like to join our Patient Panel. Members of the panel enable the voice of patients to be heard at the London School of Osteopathy. The aim of the Patient Panel is to help improve the delivery of services and training of our students. Members of the panel will be invited to both in person and online feedback sessions. We may also ask patients to provide feedback on particular areas that we are focusing on.
If you are interested in finding out more and would like to arrange an informal telephone call or would like to sign up to join the panel please email info@lso.ac.uk
